CHARGE

Your credit card will be authorized at the time you place your order, though it will not be charged until the order ships. All delivery charges, however are charged upon initial shipment, regardless of partial or complete order status at that time.

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Surcharges applied to Express, Oversized options are in addition to regular shipping and processing charges. Shipping charges are not refunded once an item has shipped. International shipping fees will apply for Canada and other countries.

FASTER SHIPPING

We keep most product in stock, housed in our 50,000 sq.ft. warehouse. This means we can ship most merchandise within 24 hours of receiving your order.

DELIVERY METHODS

Most of our items ship the next business day, via UPS Ground and arrive within 3-7 business days.

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you and covering related overhead.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are delivered by UPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $10. This surcharge is in addition to regular delivery charges.

BACKORDERS

We strive to ship all orders complete. In the event that backorders do occur, we will ship as soon as those items become available. Should you wish to cancel your backorder, please email us your intentions to saleshome@vancekitira.com.
